01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and juan36 ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at juan36.one ("the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the juan36 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised Terms.

02Eligibility & Registration

The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) mandates a minimum age of 21 for all online gambling activities in the Philippines, and juan36 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where accessing and using the juan36 Platform is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of juan36 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion program on the Platform or under any applicable regulatory program.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. The provision of false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must maintain only one (1) active account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is accurate and that you satisfy the eligibility requirements set out above.

03Account Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your juan36 account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account, whether with or without your consent.
• Immediately notify juan36 at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account, any disclosure of your credentials, or any other security breach.
• Ensure that you log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Keep your registered contact information (mobile number, email address) current and accurate at all times.

juan36 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity carried out through your account — regardless of whether it was authorized by you — is your responsibility, except where we have been notified of a security breach prior to the relevant activity and have failed to take reasonable steps in response.

juan36 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that it suspects is being accessed by multiple individuals, has been used to conduct prohibited activity, or is associated with fraudulent, suspicious, or irregular behaviour.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the juan36 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary based on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, VISA, and Mastercard. Available methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made using payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. juan36 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network congestion.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawals held pending identity confirmation.
• Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• juan36 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend the processing timeline.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. These requirements are specified in the relevant bonus terms.

05Bonuses & Promotions

juan36 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives to registered players ("Promotional Offers"). All Promotional Offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Promotional Offers are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate Promotional Offers through systematic wagering, arbitrage, or coordination with other players is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Unless otherwise specified, Promotional Offers are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before being transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• juan36 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotional Offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the normal wagering process.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a Promotional Offer, juan36's interpretation of the applicable terms shall be final, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

06Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the juan36 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers. The following terms apply to all game play:

• Random Number Generator (RNG) games use independently certified RNG systems, tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories to ensure genuine randomness and statistical fairness.
• Live dealer games are conducted in real-time from professional studios by trained dealers operating under recorded, monitored conditions.
• Each game's Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage is available within the individual game's information panel or paytable. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual players or sessions.
• In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, juan36 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant stake amount to your balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juan36 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulent payment instruments, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity or to disguise the origin of funds, in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker formats.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic manipulation, the use of multiple accounts, or coordinated wagering designed to extract promotional value without genuine recreational intent.
• Technical Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any technical exploit to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Unauthorized Account Access: Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals for deposits that have been wagered or converted into bonus play, except where you have a legitimate dispute with your payment provider.

08Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of juan36.
• Use any juan36 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or association without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of juan36's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juan36 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, or government-imposed restrictions).
• Any loss or damage arising from the actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. juan36 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error.

11Privacy & Data Protection

juan36 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

By registering an account with juan36, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include:

• Identity verification and KYC compliance, as required by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Transaction processing and financial record-keeping.
• Platform personalisation, game recommendation, and support services.
• Fraud detection, security monitoring, and regulatory reporting.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters arising out of or relating to your use of the juan36 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and juan36 regarding your account, a specific transaction, or any game outcome, the following process applies:

1. Internal Complaint: Submit a formal complaint to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of your dispute and any relevant account or transaction references. juan36 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
2. Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with juan36's internal response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, whose decisions on regulatory matters are binding on all PAGCOR licensees.
3. Legal Proceedings: If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above processes, it may be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines, to which both parties irrevocably submit.

All disputes must be raised within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period may be refused on grounds of delay.

13Amendments to These Terms

juan36 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law or PAGCOR regulations, changes to the Platform's features or services, or clarifications of existing provisions.

When we make material amendments to these Terms, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice displayed upon your next login to the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the juan36 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure at [email protected].
